Great App

I love this app because it gives me freedom or ordering my tickets at my own anytime and any place. It is user friendly and like the ability to earn rewards. However, there is nothing that I think greyhound is behind on and that is the ability to scan the tickets from your phone instead of paper(killing trees). I cant even redeem my coupon at the food court because they are not familiar with the abilities of the app. I hope greyhound is looking into including barcode scanner as part of their on-boarding process.
