I was purchasing a ticket online and I could not process the order immediately. I went back on the website because it said I was timed out. Afterward the bus and time I wanted to leave was sold out. I called three times to attempt to buy my ticket with an agent. But the same message was repeated three times. Its sold out. I was told to try stand by. I went to the station one hour before the bus was scheduled to leave. I ask the attendant if any seats were left and I was told yes. I was overwhelmed with gladness. Until I was told the price of $87.00. Can you imagine my shock. My ticket price jumped from the original price online cost of $25.00 to more than three times the original price. I was more than disappointed. Plus the bus was 90 minutes late. This was my first time riding to PA.
