It seems doesnt work in Canada. Whats the point of putting it to Canadian app store?

Wont let you make a reservation in Canada. Page errors out after entering where you want to go. Was hoping for better.

Every time Ive used this app it has been very easy and straight forward.

Quiet easily accessible. Love how convenient it makes processing a ticket through on my own time. There are small speed, memory, bugs however in all a well ran app.

Ive had a few issues with printing tickets out. I believe they need to get with the future and install digital scanners for smart phone QR code tickets. Too many issues with printing tickets at home, station clerks being on break for 4 hrs, etc.

Easy to use, but did not ask me how many bags I would be checking, let me know an extra bag is $15, or give me the option to pay that with the purchase of my ticket.

I have an iPhone 4s, and the app does not allow me to click on any search buttons because they hang 3/4 of the way off the screen. I have re-downloaded and reinstalled the app several times, and it still will not let me scroll further to hit the button (I have tried to no avail). Please fix!

First time using the app usually go to the website. Its easy to use and cheaper than taking the train!

I did not have to sign in before I only signed in once. I just did this update and it is telling me the software is not good before update app was fine after update it was a lot of trouble to get my rewards.

I got my ticket from Boston to New York, it was fast and easy.

Using an iPad Pro: 1. Does not let you complete sign in process 2. Does not recognize major US cities as having bus stops, therefore impossible to book a trip 3. Auto complete virtually discourages typing correct information 100% useless app
