Paid for my own ticket with my own CC and it charges me a guest ticket fee that was almost as much as the cost of the return tickets?? No way to inquire, no way to make changes. Bad system.

Causing timeout / no connection during the checkoit process. Website is working though. App is useless.

Beyond the fact that Canadians cannot use this app, it isnt setup to use the native resolution of the iPhone 6 plus so it doesnt look very good. It should look good when its optimized but for now it looks awful.

You need to make a Canadian app seeing that you operate in both countries

Doesnt find any buses while online it does and ask for the student ID card number but doesnt recognize it...

Whats the point to put this app in the Canadian App Store if only work for US. Wouldnt make more sense to get the app only to the US store.. Big mistake developers!

Easy fast service

Greyhound has been working hard to modernize and its really payed off. Theyve been adding new updated buses to their fleet and installing free wifi aboard all of them and this mobile app really ties it all together. The only thing they need now is to accept tickets on mobile devices, but theyre working on it! The app itself is great, very easy to use, no noticeable bugs.
