Really nice and easy to use

Sometimes the app work and sometime it doesnt and calling Greyhound is useless because most of the time you cant make the people there understand you and I end up buying ticket at the station at a higher cost

I love your powerful busses and professional drivers. Without the service greyhound provides, many of us, particularly those who are disgusted with the current state of air travel, would be hard pressed to travel. I give you the highest rating possible.

If you like to travel and are looking for a cheap and convenient way to get somewhere, dont count out a bus ride! The app makes it really easy to book where you want to go!

Since the update I am unable to log on. I use my email and correct password and get an error message stating that it is not in the correct format. Uninstalled the app a few times and installed again only to get same message.

Its fast and easy. Ive yet to encounter a problem.

I was booking a trip, but something told me to call the verify the ticket first. I called and the person told me that ticket doesnt exist and told me the available ones were my only option. The ticket said 10:45pm - but they close at 10:30. I would have been stranded.

The travel experience is better with this app. So easy to purchase tickets. The price is still reasonable too.

I was purchasing a ticket online and I could not process the order immediately. I went back on the website because it said I was timed out. Afterward the bus and time I wanted to leave was sold out. I called three times to attempt to buy my ticket with an agent. But the same message was repeated three times. Its sold out. I was told to try stand by. I went to the station one hour before the bus was scheduled to leave. I ask the attendant if any seats were left and I was told yes. I was overwhelmed with gladness. Until I was told the price of $87.00. Can you imagine my shock. My ticket price jumped from the original price online cost of $25.00 to more than three times the original price. I was more than disappointed. Plus the bus was 90 minutes late. This was my first time riding to PA.

App is great... Does have slight issues from time to time. But what app doesnt. Increase the rewards for frequent riders greyhound.
