Website and app are bunk! Neither will allow searches for schedules or ticketing.

Great app, makes searching easier and saves all my info so I dont have to restore every time I book a bus.

This is how I buy all my tickets and its quick and easy. The prices are reasonable and they always give you help when needed. The drivers are strict but thats for your protection and the rides may be long but so far so good

Easy navigation and user friendly

This app is A-1, I make use of this quite often and it maximizes every minute on the go clear and prompt when my schedule demands traveling from city to city near and far alike. The prices are unbeatable and under matched which makes this my numero uno choice over Mega-Bus.

I love this app because it gives me freedom or ordering my tickets at my own anytime and any place. It is user friendly and like the ability to earn rewards. However, there is nothing that I think greyhound is behind on and that is the ability to scan the tickets from your phone instead of paper(killing trees). I cant even redeem my coupon at the food court because they are not familiar with the abilities of the app. I hope greyhound is looking into including barcode scanner as part of their on-boarding process.

I travel quite frequently by bus and I never have any issues with the site. Its very convenient. Just wish you guys could scan tickets instead of having me print them at home. I am not always near a printer.

Nice app...easy to use and a good start, but greyhound needs to up its tech game and allow people to down load their tickets on their phones and other mobile devices...like all the other transportation apps out there; airlines, Amtrak and other Bus companies.

This is the best traveling app I use it for myself and my son seeing as we always go see family
