Dont understand all the 5-star ratings. You cant even select the beginning and ending cities of a trip! USELESS! MAJOR TECH FAIL! It doesnt even merit "0" stars...more like -0000 stars!

Much better than it used to be, easily check availability and buy tickets. would be nice if the ticket was available right on the app so I wouldnt have to go to the terminal at the station

I love this app. Greyhound as a whole has improved exceptionally since I began using them in 2007. I frequently travel on the greyhound and the app makes it so much easier for me to book a trip on the spot so I wont forget

This app has been giving me such issues. I updated it and now I cant use the bus tracker or even book a trip. The page shows up empty or will have no options. Please fix it. It use to be so useful
